To many, Andalucia is synonymous with the Costa del Sol, the aptly named sunshine coast with more hours of sunshine per year than any other holiday area (or so the tourist board says and it’s hard to argue!). But there is much much more. Away from the coast, perched precariously on the mountainsides are stunning pueblos blancos, white villages changed little since Ferdinand and Isabella reclaimed Andalucia from the Moors and many still dominated by mediaeval castles. Groves of vines, olives, citrus and cork and fields of sunflowers with their bright cheerful heads swaying happily in the soft breeze; flamenco and fiestas, tapas bars and colourful markets, spectacular cities such as Granada, Seville and Cadiz, these are also Andalucia and should not be missed.

For great golf and sophisticated living, you do not have to move far when you stay in one of our luxury Apartments with private pool or super apartments in the Marbella or Estepona area. All are within a short drive or taxi ride of beaches, bars and restaurants and many are in walking distance. The designer shops of Marbella and Puerto Banus and the modern La Cañada shopping complex are also close by when the only antidote to all that relaxation is serious shopping!
