There are no extra charges for the house services such as air-conditioning, pool heating etc. Guests will only have to pay extra for extra staff they may require, food, international phone calls etc. - Laying and clearing of continental breakfast - Cook to prepare 1 meal a day, 6 days per week. This meal will be served and cleared  - Housekeeping couple on site in separate annexe to take care of cleaning, pool and garden, 6 days per week - Laundry service in the morning - Mixed case of wine, 12 bottles of water, 24 mixed cans of soft drinks - Computer access - Full Shopping service, pre arrival and during stay - Concierge services provided by management couple
