A superb villa rental located in the large private estate of Son Buñola on the stunning North West coast of Mallorca, just south of Valldemossa. Built in traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, it has been sympathetically set into the landscape and has panoramic sea and mountain views. Main Features:  

Part of the appeal of Sa Punta is the high level of the staff employed, the chef is professionally trained and the stewardesses are experienced in luxury motor yachts.

The villa is located down a track above the coast.There is also direct access to a pebble beach from the estate. The villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities. 

The estate is approximately 5km x 3km allowing complete privacy for the guests. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating from the 1800’s, unused now but forming an incredible centre piece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and thousands of olive trees. Guests are free to wander the estate and there is a direct access to a beautiful coastal walk.  

Sa Punta is luxuriously appointed throughout and has independent air conditioning in all the living areas.

Kitchen: 6 burner range cooker, table for 6, American style fridge, large freezer

Dining room opening on to terrace with large table to seat 12, Bose sound system linked to lounge and fireplace.

Elegantly furnished lounge opening to terrace with fireplace, TV area on slightly lower level with video, DVD, English, German and Spanish satellite television and Sony Playstation. Bose Hi-fi and surround sound system. Selection of videos, DVD’s, and CD’s. Library of guide books, local interest. Spanish wine and food.

Bedrooms: All individually furnished with their own terrace and bathrooms  All linen is Peter Reed Egyptian cotton, with White Company duvets and pillows. 3 doubles with own lounge area and 2 twins. All en-suite with marble bathrooms. Large principal bedroom with king sized four poster bed, Jacuzzi and separate dressing room. All bedrooms with own terrace and table and chairs.

There is an ipod and ipod docking station in the lounge.  Music is connected to the dining room and the main terrace.  

Lower hall area: Desk with computer, printer and fax, ADSL internet access included. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Drinks fridge.

Outdoor shaded dining area with marble table to seat 8. Casual seating on other levels with BBQ and traditional Mallorcan stone oven. Panoramic coastal and mountain views. Teak sun beds with cushions, umbrellas and pool towels. Lawned area.

The pool has a salt electrolysis system which ensures no irritation of the eyes.

Tennis court within the estate bookable through the housekeeper.

Service includes:

• Laying & clearing of continental breakfast
• Chef to prepare buffet lunch, pre-dinner canapes and formal dinner 6 days per week. Chef can also prepare separate children's evening meal if required.
• Stewardess to serve lunch, dinner & drinks 6 days per week
• Maid service 6 days per week. 2 maids for 5 hours per day
• Laundry service in the morning
• Pool and garden maintenance 6 days per week

There are no extra charges for air conditioning, pool heating, etc., the only additional charges are for food, extra staff, international phone calls, etc.
