Main Features:  

Main House (up to 12) - Wide entrance hall leading down to large lounge with centre piece open-fire place feature and direct access to the gardens and pool - Additional sitting room on first floor - Long fully-equipped galley kitchen - Dining room leading out to covered terrace for outdoor dining, with gas and in-built barbecue - Six double bedrooms, five bathrooms (four en-suite). Three bedrooms lead out to their own private terraces overlooking the gardens/pool area. Two of the bedrooms also have their own private entrance.  Large master bedroom suite with four-poster bed, open fireplace feature, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and own private terrace.  There is an additional charge of €75 per week for the use of the jacuzzi payable locally.

Rio Apartment (up to 4) - Located under the main house, with its own interior and exterior access, this two bedroom, two bathroom (one ensuite) apartment, gives added sleeping space to the main house. One of the bedrooms has its own kitchenette area and direct access to own private front garden.

Please note that the apartment is only available for rental in conjunction with the Main House – thus ensuring privacy for guests.

Bermeja Cottage (up to 4) :Totally detached and hidden two bedrooom, two bathroom (one en-suite) cottage, with large lounge and open plan kitchen. Large covered private terrace with access to the gardens and pool.

Please note that the cottage is only available for rental when the  Main House is unoccupied or inconjunction with the Main House.

All amenities available for clients use on occupation.

Hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas - Indoor heated pool 12 x 3.5m  (extra cost of €150 per week to heat the indoor pool, payable at time of booking  please confirm with sales team if required) with adjacent sauna and fitness equipment - GSM coverage booster, wi-fi, satellite TV: Spanish, English, Dutch, German, French language - Six double beds can be separated into 12 singles - Three washing machines and dryers - Three BBQs on the main terraces and one BBQ at the outside swimming pool - Children's playground (swing, slide and playhouse) - Other children's supplies: cot with linen, high chair, plates and toys, etc. - Outside pool (heated from march till november), jacuzzi and shower plus children's pool - Big garden with mature trees and flowers all year round - Emergency power supply
