Entrance hall with tiled floors leading to the living room with fireplace, wide screen TV, DVD and double south facing doors which lead out onto the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool. - There is dining inside for 8 or meals may be taken out on the terrace. - Fully equipped kitchen and an outside stairway which provides access down to the cinema room and a separate games annexe.- Three bedrooms which include the 2 double rooms and one twin room on the main level all with en-suite bathrooms and doors to the main terrace - Master bedroom on the upper level with king size bed, mounted flat screen TV, separate dressing area and en-suite with shower and Jacuzzi bath. Door leading out onto a private terrace - Lower level – Cinema room equipped with wide screen TV, DVD and surround sound. There is also a separate games room with ping pong table, football table and pool table. - heatable pool (extra charge payable locally).

There is also a housekeeper who will cook meals by local arrangement.
