The villa has been built on three levels and consists of: Entrance level: Two comfortable and bright living areas with Italian sofas and satellite TV - Fully equipped kitchen with bar - Dining area - One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom - Lower level: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and amazing aquarium style windows which look directly into the swimming pool - Further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom - Small lounge area - Upper level: Two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a veranda with an outdoor Jacuzzi - Small seating area - Further guest house with one double bedroom, bathroom and small fridge - Outside: Infinity pool with beautiful sea views - Comfortable and relaxing barbecue and outdoor dining area - Parking
A swipe of clients credit card (for an agreed amount normally €1500) will be taken by the owner on arrival to cover any damage deposit required during guests stay. This will be cancelled on departure.
