The villa is built over three levels. Clients are greeted by a modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and into the comfortable lounge area. The lounge area is spacious and is divided into two different sitting areas. The first space is spacious, comfortable, and features a wood-burning fireplace perfect to relax and perhaps read a book, the sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. The second sitting area is cosier and features a flat-screen TV, ideal to enjoy a movie and spend some quality time with family.
The adjacent kitchen, where the black colour has the spotlight, is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen, we have a spacious dining table.
The villa has six bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three, four, and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom and bedroom five has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom six is on the lower level of the villa with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The lower level of the property has an ensuite twin bedroom, which has natural light and access to the pool area.
The exterior of the property features a large swimming pool that can be heated against an extra charge, sun loungers, an outdoor seating area & a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.
