From whale watching in one of the many marine reserves, to basking in the oceanic climate on deserted sandy beaches, stopping to take in the beautiful panoramic views usually only seen on magazine covers, this route has it all.
Meandering between the Tsitsikamma and Outenique mountain ranges, overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean, the landscape has cultivated a diverse selection of flora, blooming spectacularly in the oceanic climate, giving the area spectacular hiking trails that encompass sprawling coastal vistas.
The Garden Route is beautiful. We were able to combine beach relaxation with incredible hikes into the mountains and even take safaris at the smaller game reserves. Stunning with lots to see, do and explore. Lisa Levy-Grant
