Villa Retreats; which is now part of Wildfoot Travel Ltd is a specialist luxury villa rental company and our continuing success is due to a commitment to outstanding customer service combined with a personal knowledge of every one of the villas in our portfolio.

We were founded in 1990 and our first Villa Retreats were in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal, principally in the ‘Golden Triangle’ area, which covers the stretch of coastline linking the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, but also in Vilamoura and what was then the virtually unknown Western Algarve. We then moved over into Andalucia and across to the magnificent island of Mallorca, long admired for its mix of stunning scenery, sandy beaches and stylish resorts.

Now Villa Retreats has a refined portfolio of privately owned, luxury homes not only in these areas, but also on the other Balearic islands of Menorca and Ibiza and on a number of the more stylish Greek Islands. In addition, we offer a hand-picked selection of individual properties in Morocco and Koh Samui.

All houses in our portfolio are privately owned and we regularly vet them to ensure they continue to meet our stringent criteria. A number are distinguished by their particularly high standard or outstanding location – these are our ‘Elite Retreats’.
